Under 18's must have parental/guardian consent to book our services and if you are under 16 you may only attend an appointment with your guardian.

Staff are fully DBS checked and registered.

Booking

If you have booked and paid for a service it is understood you do not have any contraindications that apply to that service being booked.

Refunds for Services
The services will be fully refunded or rescheduled only if exceptional circumstances apply and at the discretion of Rezenance Limited.

If cancellations of services are made within 24 hours of the booking, the customer is not entitled to a refund but can reschedule. For rescheduling, contact Rezenance on the contact page or email info@rezenance.co.uk

Limitation of Liability
Rezenance Limited and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the site.
