During the Soundbath you will need to bring a yoga mat to lie on (exception Sidmouth) and a cushion or pillow, or whatever you find comfortable. It is best to wear comfy clothes (and bring some warm socks & a blanket if it's winter). If you like it darker, a cushion or eye mask and please bring water with you to keep hydrated before and afterwards.
Please arrive if possible 10 mins before the start time to settle in & let me know if you are running late, as doors will be locked when the Soundbath starts. Please also make sure gadgets and phones are turned off.

A Soundbath not only reduces stress and anxiety by inducing a state of relaxation, but it also has has many reported physiological benefits. These can include a reduction in pain, better sleep, removal of toxins, clarity of mind, regulation of the nervous system, rebalance of the biological rhythms within the body and strengthening of the immune system.
During the Soundbath, the brainwave state is altered from normal waking state (beta) to relaxed state (alpha), dreamlike state (theta), and even restorative state (delta). As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease.

Soundbaths are not recommended
If you experience epilepsy or other types of seizures, or if you have a sound sensitive condition such as Labyrinthitis or Meniere’s Disease.
If you have a pace maker.
If you are less than 12 weeks pregnant.
