We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you complete the contact form, if/ when you sign up to any form of newsletter, when you complete the site registration form (if applicable), purchase a product from the shop page, book an event online or engage with other forms within our site. If you make a purchase from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.

Where we are legally permitted to do so, we may refuse your request. If we refuse your request, we will tell you the reasons why.

Right to erase - you have the right to request that we delete or remove your Data from our systems.
