REIKI
Reiki is not simply a healing technique. It is a sacred, spiritual medicine & practice.
When I began my journey with Reiki in 2000 I was incredibly fortunate that my Reiki Master Teacher had a background in both Western and Eastern practices and was also a Seichim, Seichem, Sekhem Master.
It was so helpful to understand, learn and be able to respect all these different energetic systems and how to connect & use them.
I teach both Eastern & Western Reiki with the option to add a Holy Fire Placement to your attunements.
KARUNA
The Karuna Reiki ® system was developed in 1995 by Master William Lee Rand with the help of some of his students.
The word "Karuna" is a Sanskrit term used in Hinduism and Buddhism, which translates to "compassionate action." It refers to any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others. In the context of energy work, Karuna Reiki implies that the energy is guided by a heart-centred intention to heal deeply and completely.
For those who have already experienced the gentle flow of Usui Reiki, exploring Karuna Reiki offers a pathway to address deep-seated emotional blockages, past trauma, and shadow self-integration. It is not merely a technique but a spiritual commitment to alleviate suffering through compassionate action.
William Lee Rand is constantly working to promote world peace. One of the highlights was placing World Peace Crystal Grids in Jerusalem and at the North and South Pole.
Students all over the world can send Reiki to this grid structure on a monthly basis to promote world peace.
Karuna refers to helping yourself as well as others because we are all one. In helping yourself heal you want to help others too because we are interconnected.
The Karuna symbols & their vibrational sound connect to different manifestations of the source of life force energy and are extremely efficient for deeply spiritual & cleansing situations.

SEKHEM
Living Light Energy - the heart opens, the body vibrates, the soul expands
Sekhem is an ancient Egyptian energy system that channels higher-dimensional frequencies to awaken the body’s innate wisdom and facilitate profound transformation. In short it is high frequency, multidimensional energy healing that traslates to 'power'or 'might'.
While it shares similarities with energy systems like Reiki, Sekhem moves beyond traditional healing, working directly with the causal body and at the soul level to activate & reshape energetic patterns, and align the soul’s path with conscious creation.
Sekhem has developed over the centuries and was taught as part of the spiritual practices in the Temples of Ancient Egypt it translates to “Power of Powers” or “Might of Might”. The ancient Egyptians practiced Sekhem over 2,600 years before Christ was born and research has concluded that other ancient civilisations such as the Mayans have also practiced Sekhem.
Egypt was then the cultural centre of the world where everyone sought wisdom and learning, and scholars came far and wide to study in the temples. However, few made it through the arduous process of initiation into the Priesthood. Some did succeed and took their teachings back to their homelands where they taught others the sacred art of healing of mysticism.
The Sekhem energy is associated with the Egyptian lion-headed Goddess Sekhmet, the Guardian and Protector of this energy. She is strongly linked with the star Sirus, the brightest star in the sky and, according to myth and legend, was present at the creation of our universe.
This Goddess is considered to be the Goddess of Regeneration and Healing. Sekhmet helps us with the necessary transformation in our lives, breaking down old worn out patterns, which no longer serve us.
Although similar to Reiki in that it is channelled energy from source, Sekhem is channelled in a different way and has a much higher vibration. When you go to the Temples, they are covered in hieroglyphs of the Gods receiving healing sessions and initiations into different sacred orders. References have been made to Sekhem in the Egyptian Book of the Dead and in ancient scrolls found in the ruins of the temples and the pyramids.
Sekhem uses 3D symbols, which are linked to the science of the pyramids. This energy is fundamentally unconditional love in its pure form. The symbols include access to inter-dimensional portals. Although from a very high level, it is also grounding as a bridge is formed between Heaven and Earth. A Sekhem healer can sense or tune in quickly to the auric field and read information as Sekhem awakens dormant codes within the energetic blueprint, creating space for profound soul growth and energetic mastery.
