Reiki is not simply a healing technique. It is a sacred, spiritual medicine & practice.

 

When I began my journey with Reiki over two decades ago I was incredibly fortunate that my Reiki Master Teacher had a background in both Western and Eastern practices and was also a Sekham and Karuna Master.

It was so helpful to understand, learn and be able to respect all these different systems and so early in my practice; as shifts in my consciouness were slowly developing and evolving it became quickly apparent that even though I was a Master Teacher the journey to enlightenment, becoming compassionate would not be an easy one and would need to be focussed for a long time working on my self first, bringing myself back to a place of connection and  oneness, before even considering teaching such a beautiful practice.
