These are deeply therapeutic sound treatments that use specifically chosen frequencies, harmonies and vibrations designed to reset, retune & rejuvenate your whole being. The sound vibrations can effectively reduce tension, give relief from pain, stress or anxiety and bring your body and mind back into a harmonious state of balance. The techniques that are used in this session will allow for a deeper exploration into symptoms and health conditions of a more complex nature and also include wellbeing mentoring. You may be immersed in the tones of any combination of the following : Himalayan singing bowls on/or off the body/alchemy practitioner crystal bowls/tuning forks/gongs/therapeutic voice & chimes, Reiki or Reiki drum. These sessions include a pre-consultation to design your treatment. Research shows so many physiological benefits to your physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing after a sound therapy treatment. These sessions are bespoke and are designed and tailor-made for each individual. Treatments can also be designed to include any therapeutic vibrations you are particularly drawn to and also Usui/Holy Fire Reiki, Egyptian Sekhem, or crystal therapy too. You can feel wonderful results and an immediate affect after just one session of sound medicine, but if possible it is recommended to book a course, ideally within a 7-10 day interval. This ensures there are longer term and more permanent changes within your cells and body. A series of 4 x 90 min sessions is priced at a discounted £300 if it is paid at the beginning of treatment. This includes a pre-session consultation and aftercare support.
