Studio Sessions

Situated on the first floor at Ladysmith House, on the High Street in Sidmouth, East Devon  is where regular Rezenance classes are held, including Sound Meditation, Vocal Tone Balance, 121 Sound Therapy, courses and 121 tuition. There is also opportunity by 121 appointment, or in sound clinics to play, learn, journey & explore and experience the health benefits of Sound Medicine and work with different therapeutic instruments on a deeper level.. As a qualified Music teacher, voice coach and Sound Therapist it is a wonderful space to be able to share knowledge in a simple and understandable way, to be able to answer questions about which frequencies and notes work well together, how to create beautiful seamless harmonies, or maybe how to connect with your own voice.  So come along to see which instruments and frequencies you connect to more and resonate with.
