Service Description

These sessions are either at the Rezenance Studio in Sidmouth, (weather dependant), or outside cocooned in beautiful locations in the East Devon countryside. They take place once a month on a Friday evening. They can also be booked privately at other times. These group sessions can create great shifts in our energy, helping us to connect to our inner-selves, rejuvenating our mind, body and soul. It is a fantastic way to reduce stress and have fun too. Recent research shows how drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system and produces feelings of wellbeing. As a Reiki Drum Master Teacher, there will be a fusion of Reiki and sacred drumming in these sessions. The powerful rhythmic affirmations are designed for mental/emotional re-programming, healing and transformation.
